The Process of Requesting Faculty Introductions for Undergraduate Students via the Golestan System

The process for requesting introduction to a professor through the Golestan system is exclusively for undergraduate students who have completed all their courses (except for two theoretical courses).

The student, in the Service Dashboard section of the Golestan system   ←   requests to take an independent study course, then initiates the registration of the request for introduction to a professor (one request per course), and then, in order, it is reviewed and approved by the department expert   ←   department head  ←   faculty education officer ←    faculty vice-dean for academic affairs. It should be noted that when the department head wants to approve the student's request, they must specify the course professor as well as the date and time of the exam. After the request is approved by the faculty vice-dean for academic affairs, the requested course is registered in the system.
